By accessing or using Ware ("the Software", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
Ware is a Lua script execution tool sold as a one-time purchase with a perpetual license. The Service includes the desktop application, license key management, and access to the script hub.
To use Ware, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on one (1) device at a time. Each license key is bound to a single hardware ID (HWID). You may reset your HWID through the dashboard if you change devices.
Ware is sold as a one-time payment of $30 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any price change will not affect existing license holders.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days. After the 7-day period, all sales are final. Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days.
Your license includes all future updates to the Software at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide a refund in cases of termination due to violations.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You use the Software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ware and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software, regardless of the cause of action. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
